01 What the service is
Fitall is a mobile app and website for food tracking, training and working with specialists. It is built for the Azerbaijani market and runs in three languages.
By accepting these terms you agree to the rules of using the app and the site.
02 Your account
An email and a password are required to create an account. Keeping the account secure is the user’s responsibility: do not share your password.
One account is meant for one person. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.
03 Medical responsibility
The app is not a medical service and does not replace examination by a doctor. Calorie targets and training programmes are calculated from general formulas.
If you have a chronic condition, are pregnant or take medication, consult a doctor before changing your regime.
Specialists on the platform work independently. Responsibility for the plans they write lies with the specialist; the platform verifies documents but does not prescribe treatment.
04 Subscription and payments
Core features are free. A Premium subscription unlocks additional capabilities; prices and terms are shown on the pricing page.
A subscription can be cancelled at any time and remains active until the end of the paid period.
Specialist packages are paid separately. The platform retains a commission on the sale.
05 Content and conduct
Abuse, advertising and unlawful content are not allowed in the community feed or comments. Such posts are removed and accounts may be blocked.
Photos and notes you upload remain yours. We process them to operate the service.
06 Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. We announce material changes in the app or by email.
